Refund Eligibility

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, you are eligible for a full refund or a replacement.
You must contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Order number

Conditions for Refund

A refund may be approved if:

  • The product is unused

  • The product is in original packaging

  • The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery

Once approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method.


Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size or color selected by the customer

  • Products damaged due to misuse

  • Items lost due to incorrect shipping address entered by the customer

Sale Items

All discounted or promotional items are final sale unless damaged or incorrect.
