Why Create an Account?
Save your shipping and payment details, track orders, view order history, and receive personalized product recommendations.

How to Sign Up:

  • Click the “Account” or “Sign In” link at the top of our website.

  • Select “Create Account” and enter your name, email, and a secure password.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email to verify your account.

Already Have an Account?
Click “Sign In” and enter your email and password to access your account.


2. Managing Your Account

  • Update Personal Information:
    Log in to My Account, go to Profile/Account Details, and edit your name, email, or billing/shipping address.

  • Change Password:
    Select Change Password under Account Settings.
    If you forget your password, use Forgot Password to receive a reset link.

  • Manage Payment Methods:
    Add or update credit/debit cards or PayPal details.
    All payments are protected with secure SSL encryption.


3. Viewing and Tracking Orders

  • Order History:
    In My Account, check the Orders section to view past and current orders.

  • Track Orders:
    Orders include a tracking number once shipped (also sent by email). Use this on the carrier’s website to monitor delivery.
    If you don’t see a tracking number within 48 hours, please contact us.


4. Returns and Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days for unused products in original packaging.

  • Visit our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

  • To initiate, email us with your order number and reason for return.


5. Warranty and Support

  • All items come with a one-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.

  • To file a claim, locate your order in My Account and email us with your order number and issue details.


6. Newsletter and Promotions

  • Subscribe to our newsletter through My Account to receive updates, exclusive offers, and promotions.

  • Manage your preferences anytime in Account Settings or unsubscribe via email.


7. Account Troubleshooting

  • Can’t Log In? Use Forgot Password or verify your email.

  • Account Locked? For security, accounts lock after multiple failed logins. Contact us to reset.

  • Missing Order? Ensure you’re logged into the correct account, or reach out for help.
