How to Check Your Order Status
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number and purchase details.
You can check the status of your order at any time using the steps below.
If You Have an Account

Click “My Account” on the top of the website.

Log in using your email and password.

Select “My Orders” to view all recent purchases and their status.
If You Checked Out as a Guest
You can still track your order using your email and order number from your confirmation email.
How to Track Your Shipment
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.
You can use this number to track your shipment in real time.

Where Our Orders Ship From
All orders are shipped from our international fulfillment centers located in Hong Kong, Shanghai, and Dubai. Customs clearance may affect final delivery time.
This means tracking may show multiple transit locations before arriving in your country.

Tracking Not Updating?
Tracking numbers may take 24–72 hours to update after dispatch.
This is normal, especially during peak seasons.
Contact us if tracking hasn’t updated for more than 5 days.
Haven’t Received Your Tracking Number?
If your order is still within 1–4 business days of purchase, tracking may not be assigned yet.
If it’s been longer than 4 business days, contact us so we can assist.
