1. How to Check Your Order Status

With an Account:

  • Log in by clicking “Sign In” or “My Account” at the top of our website.

  • Go to the Orders or Order History section to view all your orders.

  • Click on an order to see its status, estimated delivery date, and tracking information.

Without an Account (Guest Checkout):

  • Check your order confirmation message, which includes your order number.

  • Contact us on Instagram @luxuryaffairsstore or WhatsApp +17175385671 with your order number for an update.

  • Alternatively, use the tracking number from your shipping confirmation to track directly on the carrier’s website.

Note: If you can’t find your order confirmation, check your spam/junk folder.


2. Order Status Definitions

  • Pending: Order received, awaiting payment or processing (1–2 business days).

  • Processing: Order being prepared, quality checked, and packaged (1–2 business days, Mon–Fri).

  • Shipped: Order handed to the carrier. You’ll receive a tracking number.

  • Delivered: The package has arrived at your address.

  • Cancelled: Cancelled due to stock or payment issues — we’ll notify you with resolution options.

  • On Hold: Order requires additional info (e.g., payment or address verification). We’ll contact you to resolve.


3. Tracking Your Order

  • A tracking number is provided once your order ships (within 1–2 business days).

  • Click the tracking link in your confirmation message or enter the number on the carrier’s site (e.g., USPS, DHL).

  • International tracking may not update in real time.

4. Common Order Issues

  • Order Not Showing in Account: Make sure you’re logged into the correct account. Guest checkout orders won’t show — contact us with your order number.

  • Delayed Shipment: U.S. orders: 5–7 business days (standard), 2–3 (expedited). International: 7–14 business days. Customs or carrier delays may extend times.

  • Incorrect or Damaged Item: Report within 48 hours with your order number and photos via WhatsApp or Instagram.

  • Order Cancelled Unexpectedly: Could be stock, payment, or system error — we’ll inform you and provide solutions.


5. Modifying or Cancelling an Order

  • Changes: Request modifications (e.g., address, product) within 24 hours via WhatsApp or Instagram.

  • Cancellations: Must be made within 24 hours of order. Once processed/shipped, cancellations follow our Refund Policy.

  • Note: Personalized/engraved products cannot be modified or cancelled.


6. Returns and Refunds

  • Returns accepted within 30 days for unused products in original packaging.
